Non Dairy Dude is a recipe and substitution site for anyone cooking without dairy. It pairs classic comfort-food recipes with substitution guides that explain how to swap out cheese, butter, cream, and milk without losing the dish.

It runs on the same monorepo architecture I use for tibbs.dev — Next.js 15 and Tailwind on Vercel, backed by a Strapi 5 CMS on Railway with Cloudinary for media — plus a full SEO pipeline (structured data, sitemaps, canonical handling) tuned for recipe content.
