PostFlight
A pre-flight checklist for launching content across platforms. Paste a URL and PostFlight preps everything. Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, newsletter, Reddit; with optional AI-drafts that learn your voice, per-platform checklists, and automatic UTM tracking.

PostFlight was conceived after I started developing new recipes for nondairydude.com. Every time I published a recipe, I'd spend days figuring out how and where to post it: rewriting the same blurb five slightly different ways for Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, a newsletter, and sometimes Reddit; hand-building UTM links (or skipping them and never knowing what worked), and trying to remember each platform's quirks. It was tedious, error-prone, and easy to drop half way through and never finish.
So I built PostFlight to make that process painless - a tool that takes one published recipe and preps the whole promotional launch from a single UI. It started as something for my own process, and I'm still actively shaping it. Every time I hit a new pain point on a real recipe launch, it becomes the next feature.
One recipe in, your whole launch out
Import. Paste the recipe URL. PostFlight reads the recipe-card data (schema.org JSON-LD, WP Recipe Maker and friends) and fills in the details - no retyping, and minimal copy/pasting.
Prep every platform. AI drafts a first pass in your voice, which you review and edit against live character counts, image-size hints, and per-platform checklists. Every link gets a clean UTM automatically. Nothing goes out that you didn't approve.
Where it's at
PostFlight is still an internal tool used for my personal publishing purposes. But I have launched an exploratory webpage to see if others might be interested in using PostFlight and where it goes from here.
